It all started with a ziplock bag full of Grandma Jacquie’s house-made granola, my passion for baking, and seeing the pleasure food can bring to others. Grandma Jacquie continues to share her wisdom and inspire everything we do at Emery’s Kitchen and was my inspiration for starting this business in June of 2020. The gift of her simple, light granola was something I felt compelled to share, especially since we have found no granola equal. In a bowl with milk and fresh berries, sprinkled over yogurt, or straight down the hatch by the handful, you will find our original Homestyle granola to be the perfect balance of honey-sweetness, oats and fresh toasted almonds.

We’re a family owned and operated business where three generations that have come together to fine-tune old recipes and create new ones. We now offer 3 unique varieties of granola and compliment those with 3 unique short bread cookie recipes. There is great family pride that goes into everything we produce and we hope that comes through as you explore our delicious products made with the finest all-natural and organic ingredients produced in a commercial kitchen in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago. Our amazing team prepares, bakes, and packages every product by hand.

In creating Emery’s Kitchen I also felt strongly about giving back to help our fellow human (and animal) kind. That’s why we’ve partnered with two amazing organizations and agreed to donate 10% of our profits to these great charities. We’re proud to support The Honeycomb Project, a charity that taught me the value of volunteering, and One Tail at a Time, a local animal rescue organization because we own two rescue Chihuahuas that have changed our lives as much as we have changed theirs. I encourage you to learn more about them both and, if you’re feeling frisky, go ahead, donate even more on your own!
