Well, we use a cinnamon chip that tastes like the spicy cinnamon heart candies of our childhood, threw in a dash of cayenne for extra heat, then blended it with a rich, dark chocolate cocoa powder, lots of butter, fresh hand-cracked eggs, and a touch of salt to create the perfect expression of cookie-love.
